This is a very good weight gain formula As soon as I take it, 30 minutes later my stomach starts to growl like I haven't eaten anything all day It boosts your appetite while decreasing your metabolism a bit to help you gain weight. I've been on it for three weeks and already eating more than I ever expected. I currently weigh 103 pounds (Have a fast metabolism) and my goal is to gain 15-20 pounds eating healthy, of course because I want to gain muscle and not fat! I'm a nursing student and running around helps increasing my appetite while on this formulaEven with a fast metabolism, my appetite increases with these pills. It is incredible. This is a great weight gain supplement. It works well. I did get very hungry about 45 minutes - 1 hour after taking it. It works best if you take it for 6-8 weeks. Gotta stick with it!
