Some people complained about it being too sweet. To me it was similar to drinking a yoo-hoo. So I liked it a lot, but there will always be different people w/ different tastes. This was the first weight gainer I had that dissolved quickly when added to water, I always had issues drinking things with clumps of powder still in it.
I used it while I was deployed, 2 hrs of gym time 6 days a week. I was gaining close to a pound a day for a while there, gained a total of 23 lbs in the 4 months (a lot for a person of big build, but I was skinny (150lbs)).
Like someone else said, it is possible to lose a few of those pounds when coming off it... I lost it, but that was also because I stopped working out w/ weights entirely... I only run/cross train twice a week (military's mandatory PT).

Product arrived on time and without problems. Was vert pleased with the weight gainer as far as it being the first one i tried. Wish i would have known there was as much sugar in it as there was (about 39g per serving) ahead of time, but my fault i guess for not researching.
