I'm only writing this review to combat all the negative ones. Everyone complains about how thick it is, but neglects to mention what an excellent product this really is. I've been using this product myself for quite some time and will continue to go back to it during my bulking cycles. It boasts a guarantee of zero banned substances, making it suitable for school and professional athletes. It is expertly formulated, a 2:1 carb/protein ratio, and quality carbs and protein at that. Yeah, it's thick, but so are most weight gainers. I personally just split the dose and only do two scoops at a time in about 10 or 12 ounces of water or milk. Price wise, it's probably one of the best value weight gainers out there, with 23 servings (46 if you use half a serving post-workout, seeing as how your body can't absorb much more than 30g at a time) for around $45 anywhere. And it happens to taste pretty good. So everybody just suck it up and get it down, it's a good product. If you were in a gun-fight, would you rather have the gun that looked cooler or the one that worked better?

Tastes great.. a little expensive ... the product is good but STAY away from the company Vitamin Grocer.. if you want this product order it from a different company. Their customer service is terrible and they tend to try and overcharge the customer. BEWARE of Vitamin Grocer......... I will NEVER do business with them again.......
